Cryogenic Vials
Cryogenic vials -- often called cryovials because it sounds cool -- are laboratory vials designed for low temperatures. Normie vials might crack or burst when subjected to freezing temps, but cryovials are cozy in the cold.
Most cryogenic vials are sterile to ensure the integrity of the sample. Otherwise, options abound: cryovials are available in multiple sizes (common ones include 1.8 mm and 4.5mm), with various bases (round, skirted, and starred), and with different thread styles (external or internal).
