Growing Labs Return Policy

RETURNS

To return an item, please contact Growing Labs customer service for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and instructions by email at returns@growinglabs.com. This will ensure proper processing of your items. We cannot accept packages shipped to us without an RGA number. Restocking fees vary according to manufacturer policy, of up to 35%.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of order. All items must be returned in the original unopened packaging with all included accessories, certificates and manuals. Used products are not eligible for return. Buyers are responsible for shipping cost on returns; please pack responsibly as Growing Labs will not be held liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit on return shipping.

The following items may not be returned:

  • Refrigerated or sterile products may not be returned, even if they are unmarked or unused.
  • Chemicals and or/hazardous materials may not be returned.
  • Custom items may not be returned unless a vendor is willing to take back a specially ordered item. The return of a specially ordered item is subject to any restocking fee charged by the vendor.
  • Obsolete, discontinued, expired, short-dated, used, or items in units of measure less than the original unit of sale may not be returned for credit.

This return policy is only available to customers of the United States. For other countries, return requirements vary on a case by case basis. Because of the high rise of international shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we will do our best to accommodate requests.
