Orders Below $420
All online orders under $420, before tax, are charged $24 flat rate shipping and handling fee. To qualify, orders must be shipped to a single address within the continental United States.
Orders Over $420
All online orders totaling $420 and over, before tax, receive FREE standard ground shipping*. To qualify, orders must be shipped to a single address within the continental United States.
Free standard ground shipping: 5-7 business days. *Some exceptions apply.

Not all orders qualify for the above Shipping Policy.
Draft orders with special or bulk discounted pricing are not eligible for the free shipping offer, regardless of total, unless free shipping is provided on the draft order by a sales representative.
Partial order cancellations that fall below $420 may be subject to shipping and handling for the remainder of the items on the order.
Free standard shipping is only available for standard ground shipping – expedited orders do not qualify.
Shipping changes including intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 service fee per shipment.
Growing Labs only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Standard shipping rates may apply for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Orders to international destinations will not be processed. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Additionally, any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. You will be contacted prior to order processing if any additional charges or special handling requirements are necessary for shipment.
UPS is our primary parcel carrier.
We use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments.
Orders are shipped from distribution centers located across the country. We do our best to determine the quickest, most efficient route to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, some products will have to be shipped cross-country and will require 5+ days in transit.
Packages, typically, will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item direct from the manufacturer and they may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order.
Buyers are responsible for shipping cost on returns, unless an item was mis-shipped or defective; please pack responsibly. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
