Description
UTL 25 digital Inline ULTRA-TURRAX®
The UTL 25 digital Inline ULTRA-TURRAX® is designed for circulation or flow-through processing in the laboratory, offering a simple, compact and sturdy modular design suited to a wide range of inline applications.
Versatile inline processing
The UTL 25 digital is engineered for air-free, sterile, and inline suspension, emulsifying and deagglomeration. It supports both vacuum and pressurized operation up to 6 bar, and delivers a large flow capacity of 4.4 to 11.6 l/min with an open outlet. Please note that the mounting of a valve can reduce the flow rate, and the device is not self-priming or suitable for continuous or cyclical continuous operation.
Compact and flexible installation
The device can be configured as either a table-top or stand-supported unit, requiring minimal bench space. Its simple, modular construction ensures easy disassembly, and the unit is fully sterilizable and autoclave-compatible, making it well suited to sterile processing environments.
Adaptable to viscous fluids
A pump can be integrated between the intake nozzle and vessel, allowing viscous fluids to be processed with ease. When the DK 25.11 flow chamber is used, air induction is also prevented in batch operation, further expanding the range of processing options available to the user.
Flow chamber compatibility
The hoses used should have an inner diameter of 13 mm at the inlet and 9 mm at the outlet respectively to ensure correct fitment with the DK 25.11 flow chamber.
