OHAUS MB32 Moisture Analyzer
The OHAUS MB32 features a redesigned housing with stronger material, innovative carbon fiber IR heating technology and an upgraded load cell for enhanced durability and performance. The easy-to-use MB32 is the perfect choice for routine moisture testing.
Applications
The MB32 is suitable for a wide range of moisture analysis applications, including percent moisture determination, percent moisture regain determination, percent solid determination, and general weighing.
Display
The MB32 features a 4-inch LCD with a second line display, providing clear and easy-to-read results throughout the drying and weighing process.
Communication and connectivity
The MB32 is equipped with RS232 and USB device interfaces, enabling straightforward data transfer and integration with external devices and software systems.
Construction
Built for durability and long-term reliability, the MB32 features a carbon fiber IR heat source, a PBT housing, a die casting aluminum base, a metal pan support, a metal pan handler, and an in-use cover. The unit is powered by an internal power supply with a power cord included.
Design features
The MB32 offers five shut-off criteria - manual, timed, auto, A30, and A90 - along with two drying profiles (standard and fast) to suit a variety of sample types and testing requirements. Up to two methods can be stored for quick recall, and the heating range spans 40 to 180 °C. Multiple operational languages are supported for ease of use across international laboratory environments.
