Gravity Convection Ovens
Gravity convection lab ovens – sometimes called gravity flow or conventional ovens – are the most basic, reliable type of laboratory oven.
Gravity convection ovens don’t have the temperature uniformity or heat-up speed of air forced convection ovens, but their fan-less design makes them better-suited for delicate materials (like powders or substances sensitive to drying). Gravity convection ovens are cheaper, too.
