Description
IKA Plate (RCT digital)
The IKA Plate (RCT digital) features a round top made of aluminum alloy, capable of stirring volumes of up to 20 liters (H₂O) at speeds ranging from 50 to 1500 rpm. Designed with simplicity and modernity in mind, it combines reduced forms and intuitive operating elements with the sleek aesthetic of a hardened glass surface — enhancing not only visibility, chemical resistance and safety, but also redefining the look of a modern magnetic stirrer.
Performance and technology
Using Alnico magnetic technology, the IKA Plate (RCT digital) achieves excellent temperature stability, high residual induction and maximum vortex performance. The integrated timer and counter function supports precise control of kinetics and sensitive reactions, while the IKA SmartTemp® function protects users intelligently and predictably by automatically switching off the magnetic stirrer if the connected external temperature sensor is not immersed in the medium. This function is selectable and the timeout time is adjustable (Error 5).
Continuous improvement via firmware updates
The IKA Plate (RCT digital) improves over time with regular firmware updates, ensuring the device remains current and continues to deliver optimal performance throughout its service life.
Scope of delivery
The IKA Plate is available as a standalone unit or as a complete package. The standalone unit includes a PT 1000.60 temperature sensor. The IKA Plate Package includes all of the above, plus the following additional items for enhanced versatility:
- H 38 Holding rod
- H 16 V Support rod
- H 44 Boss head clamp
